Worship Minister: Rafaelito Fraden
The purpose of this ministry team is to allow the Holy Spirit to use team members, together with their particular gifts and talents as well as with amplified sound and recordings, to lead the congregation to praise and worship God and magnify the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ministries:
- Worship Service Coordination: This team works with the Lead Minister in selecting music that aligns with the theme and purpose of each service. Songs are arranged in a way that creates a cohesive and impactful worship flow. One of our goals is to have a truly blended service. We strive to have a blend and not have all contemporary/newer songs or just hymns every week.
- Congregational & Special Music: We feel strongly that worship is not watching a concert, but a participatory event. Therefore, we have participation from several people in the congregation and some from outside. This includes musicians, vocalists, choirs, and praise teams.
- Technical Team: We collaborate with audio, lighting, and visual teams to ensure the technical aspects of worship during church services. This can include sound levels, stage lighting, and projection, enhancing the worship time at FCC.
